个人简介：
华中农业大学公共管理学院副教授，荷兰瓦格宁根大学博士。杨嬛博士主要从事农村基层治理与农村发展研究。2013年参加工作以来，先后主持国家社科基金青年项目等教学科研项目6项。在《China Information》、《Agricultural Systems》、《Rural China》、《中国农业大学学报（社会科学版）》、《山东社会科学》、《中州学刊》等刊物发表论文10余篇。讲授《比较行政制度》《公共服务管理》《社区治理》等课程。
