个人简历

王歌，男，同济大学管理学博士（管理科学与工程专业），Queen’s University Belfast联合培养博士研究生，建始县自然资源和规划局副局长（挂职），2020年入选湖北省聘人才项目，获得华中农业大学第十四届青年教师讲课竞赛一等奖，合作指导本科生获得首届全国智能建造与管理创新大赛一等奖、第十二届全国大学生房地产策划大赛一等奖、华中农业大学第十二届“神农杯”大学生课外学术科技作品竞赛特等奖。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、中央高校基本科研业务费专项基金1项、中国博士后科学基金面上项目1项、华中农业大学乡村振兴战略研究中心开放课题1项，参与国家自然科学基金重大和面上项目等国家级课题3项，与同济大学复杂工程管理研究院合作承担课题2项。副主编教材《项目管理》和《土木工程科技英语》，副主编著作《立体城市、智慧城市与未来城市—上海西岸传媒港项目整体开发模式与落地机制》，编译《业主开发与建设项目管理实用指南》和《与复杂性共舞：大型基础设施项目的管理与组织》，在International Journal of Project Management、Project Management Journal、Journal of Management in Engineering、Journal of Construction Engineering and Management、Renewable & Sustainable Energy Reviews、Sustainable Cities and Society、Land Use Policy、《系统管理学报》《中国土地科学》等国内外期刊和会议上发表论文30余篇，其中ESI高被引论文1篇，担任A&HCI期刊Journal of Green Building编委、中国工程院院刊Frontiers of Engineering Management特约通讯专家以及Journal of Management in Engineering、Project Management Journal等10本SCI/SSCI期刊的评审人，被International Journal of Project Management评为杰出评审人（Outstanding Reviewer），2017年获得International Conference on Construction and Real Estate Management的最佳论文奖（Best Papers Award），2019年获得Engineering Project Organization Conference的最高评价论文奖（Highly Rated Papers）。
